Independent Claims Handling Since 2002
Meridian Adjusting & Appraisals provides independent damage appraisal and claims support in western Washington. The company was founded on a straightforward premise: field work should be accurate, well-documented, and useful to the person responsible for closing the file.
About Meridian Adjusting & Appraisals
Founded in 2002, Meridian has remained focused on high-quality independent claims handling. The existing company promise is simple: clients are the firm’s greatest asset, and the work is only as good as the last assignment.
Meridian supports automobile damage appraisals, total loss evaluations, and specialty assignments involving commercial and heavy equipment, RVs, motorcycles, and classic or exotic vehicles. The emphasis is consistent across every service line: accurate reporting, clear documentation, and responsive communication.
Operating principles
What the work is built around
Accuracy first
Damage, condition, prior damage, and unrelated issues are separated and documented so the desk can understand the basis of the report.
Documentation that travels
Photographs and narrative are organized for the claims professional, manager, reviewer, or attorney who was not present at the inspection.
Direct accountability
Coverage, access, and timing are discussed at assignment rather than hidden until a due date.
Independent judgment
The objective is a supportable appraisal, not an advocacy number in either direction.
